
FULTON, Miss. – Sophomore keeper William Blake (Fulton) has earned Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Men's Soccer Keeper of the Week honors, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Blake's seven total saves played a major role in the Indians' 2-0 week. In their 8-3 win over Holmes, he recorded two saves in 75 minutes of action and had five saves in a complete game in ICC's 1-0 shutout of No. 5 Gulf Coast
He currently leads the Indians with 30 saves on the season, which is 10th in the MACCC.
Blake and his teammates will be back in action, Oct. 8, when they travel to Senatobia to face Northwest at 7 p.m.
