CHOCTAW, Miss. – The Itawamba Community College golf team finished 10th in the Warrior Classic with a strong finish in the second round, recording a +33 to finish with a total of +86.
Elliott Overton led the Indians with a +9 total, which tied for 15th individually. Cooper Williamson followed with a +21, which tied for 43rd. Watkins Dumas posted a +27 which tied him for 55th and Katch Edge recorded a score of +30 that tied him for 59th. Lastly, Woods Mitchell finished with a score of +33, placing him at 65th.
The Indians will hit the links again on March 24-25 for the Lou Hart Invitational at Northwood Country Club in Meridian.
