
HARRIMAN, Tenn. – The Lady Indians improved to 3-0 on the season with a 2-0 road victory at Roane State on Friday.
Three minutes into the contest, ICC (3-0, 0-0 MACCC) struck first after Juliana Motes (Fulton) scored a goal off an assist from Millie Webb (Rugby, England).
With a few minutes to go until halftime, the Lady Indians took a 2-0 lead over the Lady Raiders (0-4) after Cooper Pletzke (Clinton) added another goal on an assist by Bella Moore (Olive Branch).
Kyla Kate Huffman (Pelahatchie) recorded a save in the victory.
The Lady Indians will be back in action on Sept. 7 when they travel to De Queen, Ark. to face the University of Arkansas Cossatot at 11 a.m.
