
FULTON, MS - The Indians delivered a commanding performance against Hinds, securing a 7-2 victory with a sweep in doubles play.
The Indians set the tone early by winning all three doubles matches. Joan Mateu Ramis Pascual and Knox Waterer took an 8-4 win at No. 1, while Santiago Diaz and Luca Hoffmann battled to a tight 9-7 victory at No. 2. Ben Orr and Sawyer Ritchie completed the sweep in dominant fashion, rolling to an 8-0 win at No. 3.
In singles, Itawamba continued to control the match. Waterer outlasted Miguel Beltran Lopez in a three-set battle at No. 2, winning 6-2, 5-7, 6-0. Hoffmann was dominant at No. 4, taking a 6-1, 6-2 victory, while Orr and Ritchie cruised to straight-set wins at No. 5 and No. 6, dropping just two total games combined.
Hinds managed to claim wins at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, but it wasn't enough to slow down the Indians, who secured another impressive team victory.
