MONTGOMERY, AL - The Lady Indians delivered a dominant performance against Huntingdon College, securing a clean 7-0 sweep.
The Indians got off to a fast start in doubles, winning two of the three matchups. The duo of Rayssa Domingues and Lucia Rubio set the tone at No. 1 with a commanding 6-0 victory, while Caitlyn Ard and Ainsley Robison followed with a 6-1 win at No. 3.
Itawamba carried its momentum into singles, where they swept all five matches and winning one via forfeit. Domingues cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 1, while Rubio, Melina Vazquez, and Presley Thomas each dominated with flawless 6-0, 6-0 victories. Ard and Addi Joshlin completed the sweep with solid straight-set wins.
