ICC started the match on the right note, taking an early 3-0 lead after doubles play. Joan Mateu Ramis Pascual (Manacor, Spain) and Knox Waterer (Belden) picked up the 8-3 win at No. 1 while Jack Semper (Hackney, England) and Luca Hoffmann (Starkville) secured No. 2, 8-4. Santiago Diaz (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Sawyer Ritchie (Pontotoc) took No. 3 in an 8-1 decision.
Ramis Pascual opened singles play with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Juan Manuel Riano Cifuentes at No. 1. Waterer dropped No. 2 in a hard-fought match with Mansur Khajimuradov, 6-4, 7-5. Semper secured No. 3 with a 6-4, 7-5 victory over Manan Kumar while Diaz took No. 4 over Cameron Leon, 6-0, 6-0. Hoffmann defeated Jay Magee at No. 5 with a 6-1, 6-0 score, and Ritchie completed the match for the Indians with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Thomas Simpson.
