
FULTON, MS - The Indians advanced in the NJCAA Region 23 playoffs with a 92-58 victory over Mississippi Delta.
The Indians took control early, building a 35-29 lead by halftime. In the second half, they outscored their opponent 57-29, pulling away for a dominant win.
James Turner led the team with 21 points, making nine of his 14 shots. Damarion Winston added 14 points, hitting three shots from beyond the arc. Kam Clark contributed 11 points and six rebounds, while Marcel Bridges added seven points and six rebounds. Off the bench, Jaden Harper scored 12 points, knocking down two three-pointers.
The Indians were strong on the boards, finishing with 38 rebounds, including 19 on the offensive glass. They also shared the ball well, recording 19 assists. Their defense forced 21 turnovers and collected 13 steals, limiting Mississippi Delta's scoring opportunities.
