HANCEVILLE, Ala. – The Indians (5-6, 0-0 MACCC) dropped their fourth match of the Alabama-Mississippi Crossover, to Calhoun (10-4) in three sets (21-25; 21-25; 10-25).
Lexi Pendleton (Germantown, Tenn.) led ICC with seven kills while McLaine Dorr (Gluckstadt) added six and Kendall Finimore (Lewisburg), five.
Natalie Nix (Florence, Ala.) had a team-best nine digs in the match, and Bree Lyons and Michael Ann East (both of Oxford) added six. Presley Jones (Killen, Ala.) recorded 15 assists, which led the Indians.
ICC will be back in action on Sept. 8 for the final day of the Alabama-Mississippi Crossover in Hanceville, Ala. They will face Snead State at 1 p.m. and Lawson State at 3 p.m.
