Four Itawamba Community College baseball players have signed to continue their playing careers at four-year universities.

Three ICC baseball players have been named to the 2025 All-Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Teams, as voted on by the league’s head coaches.

Former Major League Baseball pitcher and Itawamba Community College standout Tim Dillard will be inducted into the Mississippi Community College Sports Hall of Fame on April 22, 2025. The induction ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. at the Clyde Muse Center on the Hinds Community College campus.
“It’s never been about me,” he said. “I’ve never hit a baseball since I’ve been coaching here at ICC. I’ve never caught one. I’ve never pitched one. I just let all these guys get after it and this moment is about all those guys that earned those 700 wins.”

The Indians picked up a conference sweep over Hinds at Roy Cresap Field on Friday, securing Coach Rick Collier’s 700th win with the program.
