What's Included
  • Pro-style workout (60-yard dash, throwing velocity, fielding, batting practice)
  • Pitchers throw bullpens in front of coaches
What to Bring
  • Must bring up-to-date physical
  • Baseball gear (glove, bat, helmet, cleats, catching gear if applicable)
  • Baseball pants, hat, and appropriate attire
