Pro-style workout (60-yard dash, throwing velocity, fielding, batting practice)

Pitchers throw bullpens in front of coaches
What to Bring

Must bring up-to-date physical

Baseball gear (glove, bat, helmet, cleats, catching gear if applicable)

Baseball pants, hat, and appropriate attire
