FULTON, Miss. – Itawamba Community College's Rayssa Domingues (Bebedouro, Brazil) has been named the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Women's Tennis No. 1 Singles runner-up, according to an announcement on Tuesday.
Domingues had an impressive sophomore season for the Lady Indians, going 12-1 in singles play including conference wins against Hinds, Co-Lin, Meridian, Gulf Coast, Northeast, Northwest, East Central and Southwest.
Her lone singles loss of the season was against Helen Hernandez of Jones, who was named the conference's No. 1 singles champion.
