FULTON, MS – Freshman keeper Ana Branch has signed to continue her career with the Delta State University women's soccer program.
Branch, an Oxford native, spent one season with the Lady Indians. She had a team-high 68 saves and 18 goals allowed to go along with two shutouts in just over 600 minutes in net despite missing five games during the regular season due to injury.
The freshman earned Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) Keeper of the Week when she made a combined 30 saves against Millsaps College and nationally-ranked Jones County Junior College.
The Lady Indians finished third in the North Division and earned a sport in the playoffs for the first time since the 2012 season.
