
FULTON, Miss. – The Indians have retained their spot at No. 21 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II Top 25 rankings, the NJCAA announced on Monday.
The Indians opened conference play on Friday, March 7 when they earned a sweep at Mississippi Delta with an 11-1 win in game one, in five innings, followed by a 6-3 victory in game two.
The team has put its offensive strength on display, scoring 180 runs so far this season, which is third in the MACCC and 14th in the NJCAA.
No. 21 ICC will be back in action on Tuesday, March 11 when they travel to Perkinston to face No. 20 Gulf Coast for a doubleheader starting 2 p.m.
