Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College freshman guard George Marshall has signed to continue his basketball career at Morehead State University.
The Jackson native has played a big role in the Indians' early success this season averaging 16.9 points per game. He has scored 20 plus points twice in eight games with his best being a 23-point performance in the 83-66 win over Bevill State Community College on Nov. 14.
Marshall has helped the Indians to a 7-1 record prior to Thursday night's game against Stillman College's JV team.
Located in Morehead Kentucky, the Eagles compete in the Ohio Valley Conference.
