Athletic Fields Supervisor
Itawamba Community College
Fulton native Kirk Sheffield is in his eighth year as Athletic Fields Supervisor at Itawamba Community College, including the past three years serving as the Sports Turf Manager. With a strong background in turf care and landscape management, Sheffield oversees the maintenance and preparation of all athletic surfaces, ensuring ICC's facilities remain among the best in the region.
Before joining the ICC staff, Sheffield owned and operated S & S Lawn and Landscape Services for seven years. His expertise in turf management was also honed during his time working at the Mississippi State University Golf Course while attending college.
A 1995 graduate of Itawamba Agricultural High School, Sheffield continues to take pride in serving his hometown through his work with ICC Athletics.
He is assisted by fellow Fulton native Lee McMullen, who is in his second year as Sports Turf Manager.
