Bio
Annie McGregor
Head Volleyball Coach
Annie McGregor took over as head volleyball coach at Itawamba Community College in 2022, bringing a decade of high school coaching success to the Lady Indians program. She began her coaching career at Pontotoc High School, serving as an assistant from 2012–2013 before leading the program as head coach from 2013–2022. McGregor also coached with the Core Volleyball Club from 2016–2019.
During her high school tenure, McGregor guided Pontotoc to a 4A State Runner-Up finish in 2020 and a 4A State Championship in 2021. She earned multiple honors that season, including Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal Coach of the Year and Northeast MS Volleyball Coaches Association Coach of the Year. She was also selected as the Mississippi Coaches Association North All-Star Coach in 2020.
At ICC, McGregor has served as MACCC Volleyball Chair since 2024 and has coached an NJCAA All-American. She reached her 50th win with the Lady Indians during the 2024–25 season.
A former standout player herself, McGregor’s career highlights can be found on the ICC Athletics website. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University (2012) and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University (2014).
McGregor is married to Andy McGregor, and they have one daughter, Millie Kay.
