Paloma signs with Campbellsville University
Recent Itawamba Community College graduate Jimena Paloma of El Salvador has signed to continue her tennis career at Campbellsville (Ky.) University, a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
FULTON, Miss. – Recent Itawamba Community College graduate Jimena Paloma of El Salvador has signed to continue her tennis career at Campbellsville (Ky.) University, a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
Paloma and her Lady Indians teammates ended the 2024 season ranked 15th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I rankings after posting 6-7 overall and 5-4 conference records along with a fourth place finish in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament.
Paloma finished the season ranked No. 37 among the nation's best Singles players in the ITA rankings. She was also named to the All-MACCC Women's Tennis Team after her performance in the Region 23 Tournament.
Paloma joins the Lady Tigers that compete in the Mid-South Conference (MSC).
