FULTON, Miss. – Annabelle Holman of Amory and Isobel Kinsella of Gloucestershire, UK earned Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Women's Soccer Player of the Week honors, the conference announced Tuesday.
Holman, who currently has four saves on the season, allowed zero goals to help the Lady Indians pick up a 4-0 win at Southwest Tennessee in her collegiate debut. Her only allowed goal came during ICC's 2-1 win over Pellissippi State on Sunday. Her performances in ICC's first two matches earned her MACCC Keeper of the Week honors.
Kinsella earned MACCC Offensive Player of the Week honors following a stellar first pair of games with the Lady Indians. In ICC's 4-0 win at Southwest Tennessee, she scored two goals and an assist. She also had the game-winning assist against Pellissippi State on Sunday.
The Lady Indians will play again Aug. 30 when they travel to Harriman, Tenn. for a 5 p.m. match against Roane State.
