Taylor Boggs
Head Golf Coach

Taylor Boggs has served as head golf coach at Itawamba Community College since 2022. Before joining ICC, he was an assistant coach at Delta State University from 2018 to 2020, where he coached Jack Nicklaus Award winner Zack Zediker. Since coming to ICC, Boggs has helped four players advance to the next level and guided two players to qualify for NJCAA Regionals as individuals.

As a player, Boggs competed at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2011 to 2013. He earned multiple wins on the MJGA and Coca-Cola Junior Tours and had several top-five finishes on the SJGT, Hurricane Junior Tour, and Arrowhead Junior Tour. He is a three-time 4-A Golf State Champion (2007, 2009, 2010) and was runner-up in 2011.

Boggs holds a bachelor’s degree in sports studies from Mississippi State University (2017) and a master’s degree in sports management from Delta State University (2020).

He is the son of Larry and Mary Sue Boggs.
