UTICA – It was a tough night for the Itawamba Community College men's basketball team resulting in an 89-82 defeat at Hinds in Utica Monday night.
Four Indians scored double-figures with Chris Minton (Indianola) leading ICC with 19 points while Marcel Bridges (Brandon) added 12, and Dayveun Anderson (Tupelo) and MJ Smith (West Point), 11 each. Anderson also recorded a team-best seven assists while Bryson Dawkins (Ozark, Ala.) added three.
The Indians (18-5, 4-4 MACCC) will be back in action on Tuesday, February 20 in a 7:30 p.m. contest against Meridian at the Davis Event Center.
