Hollins named MACJC Defensive Player of the Week
Sophomore defensive back Devan Hollins was named Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday following a career night in the Indians’ win over No. 5 Northwest Mississippi Community College.
FULTON, Miss. – Sophomore defensive back Devan Hollins was named Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday following a career night in the Indians' win over No. 5 Northwest Mississippi Community College.
Hollins (Southaven) recorded a career-high 18 tackles with one tackle for a loss in the ICC's 27-24 win over the nationally-ranked Rangers. On the season, Hollins is second on the team with 22 tackles to go along with one sack and two tackles for a loss.

The Indians (1-2, 1-0 MACJC North) will travel to Scooba to face No. 1 East Mississippi Community College (3-0, 1-0 MACJC North) on Thursday.
