FULTON, MS – Coach Jon Williams announced All-State selections CJ Jackson and Griff Loftis along with fellow sophomores Carderious Dean, D'Andre Greer, and Quadzing Rogers will represent the Indians in the 2013 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-Star game.

"We are extremely proud for these guys getting this well-deserved honor," said Williams. "They represent all the hard work, sacrifice, and dedication a lot of guys this season and from seasons past that helped us be able to enjoy the success we had this season and hopefully in the future."

Jackson, linebacker from Water Valley, led the team with 70 tackles with a team-high 22.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, and 2 pass breakups. He finished the regular season second in the nation in tackles for loss after leading the nation in that category as a freshman.

Loftis, quarterback from Mooreville, passed for 2,256 yards and 15 touchdowns with 16 interceptions while rushing for 25 yards on 15 carries.

Dean, linebacker from Byhalia, finished second on the team with 68 tackles with 5 tackles for loss, 1 sack, and a pass break-up.

Greer (Oxford) and Rogers (Mooreville) anchored an offensive line that helped the Indians' offense pile up 4,850 yards of total offense this season (2,922 passing; 1,928 rushing) and finish the regular season as the No. 15 team in the nation in yards per game (429.3 yards).

The MACJC All-Star Football Classic will be held on Thursday, December 5 with kickoff slated for 1:00 p.m. in Booneville.
