Mays signs with Delta State

FULTON, MS – Ieysha Mays has signed to continue her career at Delta State University.
Mays turned in a career-best 21-point performance to help lead the Lady Indians to back-to-back National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 23 championships and their second-straight appearance in the NJCAA Women's National Basketball Tournament.
The Mound Bayou native 8.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game while shooting 41.6 percent from the floor as a sophomore to earn a spot on the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) North All-Star team.
Mays will join former Lady Indians Kaelin Kneeland (Olive Branch) and Toya Collins (Jackson) on next year's squad at Delta State.
