Anderson, McGee earn MACJC All-State honors

Fulton, MS – Alex Anderson was a first-team selection and fellow sophomore Johnthan McGee earned second-team honors when the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) released its All-State teams on Monday.
Anderson (Memphis) led the Indians with 16.7 points, 4.6 assists and 1.2 steals while averaging 2.5 rebounds per game.
McGee (Raymond) was second in scoring with 14.6 points and averaged 1.4 assists, 1.0 steal and 2.9 rebounds per game and earned Region 23 All-Tournament team honors in Clinton
The Indians (17-10, 9-3 MACJC North) won the MACJC North Division, the MACJC Tournament Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 23 Tournament.
