ICC drops 3-1 match against Snead State

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - After winning the first set, the Indians couldn't generate any more success in their second match of the Chattanooga State Tournament against Snead State, resulting in a 3-1 loss (28-26; 14-25; 22-25; 25-27).

Mia Griffin (Corinth) and Sadie Stegall (Pontotoc) were the leading scorers for ICC with them each having 10 points to their name. Aubrey Swanson (Corinth) followed behind those two with eight points of her own.

Griffin also led the team in kills with nine while Stegall had eight and Swanson had seven. Audrey Hamill (Pontotoc) and Presley Jones (Killen, Ala.) both had a team-best 17 assists, which were the vast majority of the team's total (39). Kensley Woolbright (Columbus) had four and Stegall had one to round out the rest of the assists.
