Indians enjoy sweep of Georgia Highlands, 3-0

GADSDEN, Ala. - The Indians took care of business against Georgia Highlands on Friday, September 29, when they easily took the match in the first three sets (25-9; 25-10; 25-10).

Savanna Carr (Corinth) led the Indians with six kills on the attack while Audrey Hamill (Pontotoc) and Bailey Baker (Saucier) each added three to that count. 

On the serve, Madasen McCaig (Tremont) and Presley Jones (Killen, Ala.) both had a team-best of six assists each with Hamill also recording five of her own.

Bree Lyons (Oxford), Abbi Upchurch (Starkville) and Baker all had tied for the most digs in the match for the Indians when they each recorded three. Baker also had a solo block in the win. Ashelyn Isbell (Corinth), Aubrey Swanson (Corinth), Sadie Stegall (Pontotoc) and Carr each had a block assist.
