FAYETTE, Ala. – The ICC volleyball team was victorious in their match against Bevill State on Friday, September 15, winning in a three-set decision (26-24; 25-14; 25-22).
Bree Lyons' (Oxford) 12-kill performance led the way for the Indians against the Bears with Aubrey Swanson (Corinth) behind her with eight while Anna Grace White (Lexington, Ala.) also added six to the count. Ashelyn Isbell (Corinth), Sadie Stegall (Pontotoc) and Abbi Upchurch (Starkville) each had three kills put on the statsheet.
Not only did Lyons lead the team in kills, but she also led in digs with 15. Following behind her was Kensley Woolbright (Columbus) with 12 digs while Mia Griffin (Corinth) had nine and Audrey Hamill (Pontotoc) had six. White and Presley Jones (Killen, Ala.) each had three.
