Lady Indians drop hard fought battle to Wallace State Hanceville

Hanceville, Ala. – Itawamba Community College women's tennis stepped out of conference play Thursday and battled with Wallace State Community College Hanceville. After doubles play and first three singles, the teams were knotted at 3-3, but The Lady Lions took the final three singles to win, 6-3.

The Lady Indians (1-3) match on Friday at Holmes Community College has been postponed, so the next match will be against Hinds on Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. in Fulton.
