Lady Indians struggle on the road, fall to Hinds

RAYMOND, MS - The Lady Indians struggle to gain any traction on the road against Hinds Community College in an 8-1 loss on Friday.
Andria Barnes (Mooreville) defeated Brittany Weatherby 6-2, 6-0 for the Lady Indians lone in No. 2 singles action.
No. 3 Kacey Byrd (Mooreville), No. 4 Madison Scott (Mooreville) and No. 6 Meredith Lee (Nettleton) dropped their singles matches in extra sets.
Hinds swept doubles action after battling to an 8-6 victory in No. 2 action over Scott and Byrd.
