DECATUR - The No. 16 Lady Indians boosted their resume as they picked up another conference win on the road over East Central, 2-1.
In the 27th minute, Juliana Motes (Fulton) got ICC's first goal off an assist by Beth Lloyd (Failsworth, England). After East Central evened the score with five minutes to play in the first half, Macey Riggs (Hernando) hit the Lady Indians' second goal off an assist by Sarah Perkins (Oxford).
Asia Robinson (Horn Lake) finished with eight saves and one goal allowed in the win.
The No. 16 Lady Indians improved to 12-3 overall and 4-3 in conference play. ICC will be back in action Tuesday, October 17, when they go on the road to Perkinston to take on Gulf Coast at 3 p.m.
