WINCHESTER, TENN. - Playing their third match in four days, the Lady Indians (5-1-1, 2-1-0 MACJC North) dug deep to rally in the second half to earn a 3-3 draw in double overtime at Motlow State (Tenn.) on Saturday.
How It Happened
Grace Joyce (Oxford) gave the Lady Indians a 1-0 lead before the Lady Bucs rallied with three-straight goals to take a 3-1 lead in the 64th minute.
Sarah Whitt (Pontotoc) scored her third goal of the week in the 77th minute.
Cynthia Betancourt (New Albany) found the back of the net in the 82d minute off an assist from Lexi Pund (Tupelo) to force the match into extra frames.

Betancourt's goal completed the rally and helped keep the Lady Indians out of the loss column.
