FULTON, MS – Itawamba Community College sophomore forward Jessica Geraldson was named the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) Women's Soccer Player of the Week Tuesday morning.

In the Lady Indians only game last week, the Olive Branch native scored both goals in the thrilling 2-1 double overtime victory against East Central Community College.

Geraldson now has five goals this season including two game winners and has a shot percentage of .625.

She is the second Lady Indian to earn the MACJC weekly honor as Ana Branch (Oxford) was named Keeper of the Week last week.

The Lady Indians (4-6-2, 2-2-1 MACJC North) continue their quest for a playoff spot Wednesday when they host Hinds Community College at 1:00 pm in Fulton.
