FULTON, MS -- Itawamba Community College head soccer coach Mike Sullivan announced three members of the Lady Indians' soccer team earned postseason awards on Tuesday.

Sophomore forward Haley Walker (Tupelo), sophomore midfielder/defender Lauren Swee (Chelsea, AL) and sophomore keeper Shaina Cruse (Caledonia) earned Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-State honors for their performances during the 2012 soccer season.

"We didn't have any All-Region players selected even though we felt like we should have at least had one, but we are that we got three players on the All-State team," said Sullivan. "We are very happy to get the recognition around the state that we had three of the better players. Sadly, they are all three sophomores, but hopefully we have signed some good ones that will get some spots on those teams next year."
