SENATOBIA, MS -- Haley Walker (Tupelo) scored her fourth goal of the season while Sarah Hern (Columbus) and Olivia Heine (Madison) added their first goals of the year while Katie Proctor (Columbus) and Ashley Malone (Michie, TN) to help the Lady Indians improve to 3-1 in North Division play with a 3-2 road win over the Lady Rangers of Northwest Mississippi Community College.

Sophomore keeper Shaina Cruse (Caledonia) allowed two goals and had eight saves in the win.

After a scoreless first half, the Lady Eagles opened the scoring through a well-timed run following a ball over the top of the Lady Indians' (3-4-1, 3-1 MACJC North) defense.

"I was extremely proud of our girls," said assistant coach Cody Carson. "They played well and fought hard, but came up short. Coach (Mike) Sullivan and I are very happy with the progress they are making as the season continues."

Cruse had seven saves and allowed one goal.
