Itawamba Community College soccer coach Mike Sullivan announced on Thursday that six members of the ICC soccer teams had earned Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) postseason honors.
The Lady Indians loss their first North Division game of the season 3-1 at East Central on Friday and dropped a 4-1 decision to Pearl River on Saturday.
"This is a huge win for us," said ICC soccer coach Mike Sullivan. "Hinds is very talented program and one of the toughest places to place in the state and to pick up a win like this at their place is a very rare feat for anyone."
"This was a good experience for both squads," said ICC soccer coach Mike Sullivan. "It was a long road trip and we learned a lot from playing against a higher level of competition."
