Lady Indians improve to 4-0 with win at Motlow State

LYNCHBURG, Tenn. - The Lady Indians improved to 4-0 on the season with an 82-47 win at Motlow State Monday. 

Leading 38-30 at the break, ICC outscored the Lady Bucks. 25-7, in the third quarter and never looked back on their way to the 35-point victory.

Freshman Jamyia Bowen continues to step her game as she scored 10 points, blocked a season-high 4 shots and grabbed six rebounds to tie her season-best total rebounds. She also dished her first two assists on the season.

Addison Howell led the Lady Indians with 16 points, her second most points scored this season. She also added four steals, three rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot.

Allie Beckley scored 13 while La'Monnie Owens came off the bench to add 10 points in the win.

The Lady Indians will host Freed-Hardeman University's JV squad tomorrow at 5:30 p.m.
