Madison Monson
Assistant Softball Coach

Madison Monson joined the Itawamba Community College softball staff as an assistant coach in 2024 after two years as an assistant coach at Hinds Community College. In her first season at ICC, she helped lead the offense to six different program record finishes and contributed to the team’s 30-win season.

As a player, Monson was a 2018 First-Team NFCA All-American and earned 2018 NFCA NJCAA South Region First-Team honors. She was part of the 2019 NJCAA National Championship team and received All-Region and All-National Tournament honors that year.

Monson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Arkansas University (2022) and a master’s degree in sport administration from Arkansas State University (2024).
