FULTON, Miss. – ICC head softball coach Andy Kirk announced Wednesday afternoon that Friday's doubleheader at Snead State Community College has been rescheduled for March 2 due to rain and wet field conditions.
The original date had the No. 10 Indians (6-4) scheduled to face Walter's State Community College and Snead State, but due to rescheduling, the Indians will face Snead State in a doubleheader.
In their first meeting, the Indians swept Snead State winning game one 8-1, and game two 14-5 and the first pitch for the new date is set for noon.
The Indians next game is scheduled for Feb. 27 when they travel to Hanceville, Ala. for a doubleheader with Wallace State.
