Softball announces 2018 Fall schedule

FULTON, Miss. – Coach Andy Kirk and the ICC softball program have announced the 2018 fall schedule, featuring 10 games across four dates.

This year's exhibition schedule includes four NCAA Division I opponents and one from Division II with a pair from the community college ranks.

ICC begins the fall slate against North Alabama and Ole Miss in a pair of 10 innings games in Oxford on September 30 at 11:00 and 5:00 p.m. The Indians will host Calhoun (Ala.) Community College in a pair of seven innings games and a five-inning controlled scrimmage starting at 1:00 on October 10.

The defending MACJC regular season champions will travel to Huntsville for a tripleheader against Wallace-Hanceville (Ala.) Community, Alabama-Huntsville and Alabama A&M, all games scheduled for seven innings, with the day starting at 12:00 p.m.

ICC will wrap up their fall schedule with a doubleheader at Mississippi State on October 28 starting at 2:00 p.m.

ICC Softball Alumni Day

ICC will host its first-ever ICC Softball Alumni Day on October 20 in Fulton. The event is open to all former players, coaches, managers, parents and fans and pre-registration is required to help plan for the game(s), t-shirts, and meal.
