Indians sweep Calhoun with 10-2 win in Game 2

FULTON, MS – Alex Brown and Mamie Hollenhead combined to go five for nine in the Indians 10-2 five-inning win in Game 2 against Calhoun (AL) Community College on Wednesday.
Brown (Pontotoc) went three for four with three doubles, two runs scored, and a RBI while Hollenhead (Mathiston) went two for four with a double, a triple, two RBI, and two runs scored. Hannah Williams (Philadelphia) added a pair of doubles and two RBI while scoring three runs. McKenzie Piper (Pell City, AL) added two hits, including a double, to the Indians' 11 hits in the game.
Grayson Wells (Greenville) gave up one earned run on four hits and two walks while striking out one to move to 2-0 on the season.
