FULTON, MS - Coming off its sweep of Coahoma Community College, the Itawamba Community College softball team has been ranked No. 19 in the first National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DII Softball Poll of the season.
"This is a great honor," said Coach Andy Kirk. "It's great to see all the hard work and dedication the girls have put into the season be recognized on the national level and hopefully it will make them hungry to work harder to stay ranked amongst the nation's best programs."
