TUCSON, Arizona - Franco Roldan picked up another win to advance to the quarterfinals of the NJCAA DI National Tennis Tournament.
Roldan defeated Abhi Venkatachalam of Collin College 6-2, 6-4 in the Round of 16 in No. 1 singles.
Blake Gregory was eliminated from singles play with a 6-1, 6-0 loss to Leonardo Zancheta of the University of South Carolina-Sumter in the consolation round of the No. 2 singles.
Roldan and Gregory were eliminated from doubles play with a 6-0, 4-6, 6-3 loss to Jofree Tuca and Marek Slojewski of Prairie State College in the quarterfinals of the No. 1 doubles consolation bracket.
