SUMMITT, Miss. - The Indians took care of business in a 9-0 win at Southwest on Friday.
The Indians swept their way through doubles play. In No. 1 doubles, Franco Roldan and Blake Gregory defeated Daniel Espinosa and Skyler Rasberry with an 8-2 win. Sergio Garcia-Uruena and Reese Duncan took care of Matthew Phillips and Luke Morgan in No. 2 doubles while Zak Keith and Hayden Embry beat Jex Dela Cruz and Cullin Hendry 8-2 in No. 3 doubles play.
Roldan picked up a 6-4, 6-0 win over Espinosa in No. 1 singles. In No. 2 singles, Garcia-Uruena beat Phillips 6-2, 6-0 before Duncan battled to a 6-3, 7-5 win over Rasberry in No. 3 singles. Keith and Brody Clayton both picked up 6-0, 6-0 win in their respective singles matches while Embry won 6-0, 6-1 over Morgan in No. 5 singles.
ICC will travel to Co-Lin and Hinds for a pair of events on Saturday.
