Tupelo, Miss. - The ICC Indians opened MACJC North play with a 4-2 victory over division rival Hinds on Saturday.
The Indians (2-2-0, 1-0-0 MACJC North) saw goals from Colby Bogle (Tupelo), Logan Little (Tupelo), Alexis Resendiz (Horn Lake) and Ryan Parker (Brisbane, Australia). Luan Balestieri (Rio Grande, Brazil) and Luis Garcia (Olive Branch).
Brandon White (Tupelo) went the distance making 4 saves and allowing 2 goals in the victory.
The matches were moved to the turf surface of Renasant Field at Golden Wave Stadium on the campus of Tupelo High School after rains from Tropical Depression Harvey drenched the area earlier in the week.
