Pass Christian, Miss. – Itawamba Community College golf opened the MACCC Championship at The Oaks Golf Club shooting a 347 (+59) and finished the day in 11th place.
Corbin Andrada (Olive Branch) had the best day for the Indians shooting nine over (81) and is tied for 21st overall.
Hogan Payne (Olive Branch) is only four strokes back of Andrada after shooting 13 over (85) and is tied for 40th.
Jake Ware (Oxford) ended the day tied for 49th and is 18 over (90), followed by Trace Sonnier (Vancleave) in 51st place at 19 over (91).
Jack Herring (Saltillo) shot 26 over (98) and ended the day in 55th.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College leads the event at 12 under (276).
The Indians will look to improve in the final round Wednesday.
