Indians in 10th place after Round 1 of Derrall Foreman Invitational

CLEVELAND, Miss. – ICC sits in 10th place after the Day One of the Derrall Foreman Invitational at Cleveland Country Club. The Indians turned in a 306 (+18) as a team on Monday.

Landry Miller (Florence, Ala.) carded an opening round 69 (-3) to finish in a nine way tie for 15th place. Shawn Cox (Little Rock, Ark.) turned in a 70 (-2) to finish the day tied for 24th with eight other players.

Trace Sonnier (Vancleave) headed to the clubhouse at the 56th spot with an 83 (+11). Hayden McCostlin (Bruce) is a spot behind at 84 (+12) and Hughes Powell (Tupelo) is two spots behind Sonnier at 85 (+13).

Alessio Graziani of Gulf Coast CC and Tomas Kubata of Mississippi College are atop the leaderboard with a 63 (-9). Central Alabama CC leads the tournament with an impressive 259 (-29) after the first day of the tournament.
