Meridian, Miss. – In the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Championship Tournament, the Indians finished fifth to qualify for the district tournament.
The Indians shot 644 (+68) in the two-day tournament led by Luke Dolan (Florence, Ala.) with a 154 (+10) which was good for 13th, and Landry Miller (Florence, Ala.) who finished tied for 15th with a 156 (+12). Miller also earned All-MACCC Second Team honors for his performance this season.
Braxton Kesler (Saltillo) finished 23rd in the MACCC Championship with a 162 (+18). Hayden McCostlin (Bruce) finished 29th shooting a 172 (+28), followed by Eric Massey (Pisgah) shot a 178 (+34) to finish tied for 32nd.
The Indians will compete in the NJCAA District D Championship Tournament April 27-28 at Reunion Golf and Country Club in Madison.
