FULTON – It came down to the wire at the Davis Event Center Saturday night, but the Indians came out victorious over Holmes in a double-overtime classic, 86-78.
James Turner (Biloxi) led ICC offensively with 21 points with Bryson Dawkins (Ozark, Ala.) adding 19, AJ Dent (Thomasville, Ga.), 10 and Chris Minton (Indianola), nine.
Dawkins also recorded a team-best 11 rebounds along with his 19 points for a double-double.
The Indians (16-2, 2-1 MACCC) will be back in action on Monday, January 29 when they travel to Booneville to face Northeast in a 7:30 p.m. rivalry showdown.
