ELLISVILLE – The Itawamba Community College men's basketball program dropped the conference opener at Jones, 80-67, in Ellisville Monday night.
Bryson Dawkins (Ozark, Ala.) led the Indians offensively with 18 points while AJ Dent (Thomasville, Ga.) added 12 and Marcel Bridges (Brandon), eight.
The Indians (14-2, 0-1 MACCC) will play again on Thursday, January 25 when they return to the Davis Event Center for a 7:30 p.m. conference showdown with Delta.
