Indians rally to beat Calhoun

DECATUR, Ala. - The Indians rallied from a 16-point deficit to pick up a 65-63 win at Calhoun Thursday.

Trailing 38-29 at the break, the Indians battled back to take a 65-63 advantage after a pair of made free throws by Dayveun Anderson (Tupelo) with 6.4 seconds left in the game. Calhoun quickly inbounded the ball and raced down the floor but the Indians' defense held strong and did not allow the Warhawks to get off a shot before time expired.

Marcels Bridges (Brandon) scored 21 points, connecting on 11-of-14 from the free throw line, and grabbed 10 rebounds. AJ Dent (Thomasville, Ga.) added 10 points and 6 rebounds.
